Application has removed content that Ive previously paid for

I like this app just fine, despite its nonexistent search function, but a couple of weeks ago several issues that I had paid for simply disappeared. Not only were they not marked as purchased, they were no longer available to download or purchase at all. I called customer service multiple times, but they have yet to reconcile this, and have told me that they would eventually get in touch when there is a resolution. Its been several weeks.
